About Femi
A dynamic professional with diverse skills and a passion for compassionate leadership.
With a degree in English Literature from the University of Texas at Austin, Femi embarked on a transformative journey that led her to live and work abroad in Santiago, Chile. As an educator, Femi had the privilege of teaching English, presentation skills, and interviewing techniques to senior executives at prominent global firms such as Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Ernst & Young, BP, and more.
Drawing from a diverse professional background that spans across industries including EFL, home health care, academia, business coaching, and e-commerce, Femi has honed her skills in leadership, marketing, communication, business management, and customer experience.
Femi has leveraged her expertise to assist advancement for individuals and companies alike. She has helped build departments from the ground up, led large teams, and managed a high volume of work.
With a growing portfolio of public speaking, Femi has won top positions in Toastmasters competitions and proudly delivered a TEDx Talk at her alma mater, the University of Texas at Austin, advocating for compassionate leadership and fostering cultures of care, connection, and competence.
Residing in the vibrant DFW metroplex, Femi balances her professional pursuits with a love for travel, powerlifting training, and sharing cuddles with her cat, Thor. Femi is passionate about enjoying life, building community, and is dedicated to making a positive impact through her work and guiding others towards fulfilling their potential.
